Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Principal to lead Go-to-Market Data & AI initiatives for the Amazon Account in Seattle. The role focuses on driving growth of data and AI offerings, building an entrepreneurial, customer-centric culture, and partnering with technology vendors and client teams to identify high-impact opportunities.

The role reports to the Amazon Capability Lead and requires on-site presence with potential travel of 10-20%.

Qualifications

8+ years in consulting leadership in Data, Analytics, or AI.
7-10 years leading technical pursuits with GTM strategy and account growth.
Track record of expanding client relationships and new accounts.
Ownership, curiosity and persistence to proactively identify opportunities using Data & AI.
Shape solutions with clients to deliver business outcomes.
Excellent technical leadership with experience solving with AWS.
Ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive GTM mentality; build relationships to generate leads.
Strong collaboration across teams to drive Data & Intelligence sales.

Responsibilities
