Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in healthcare data analytics or Epic architecture.
• Experience with Epic Cogito analytics stack (Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito Cloud, SlicerDicer, Radar).
• Proven ability to design enterprise data architecture and data governance.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities for analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the architecture for Epic Cogito analytics suite.
• Govern data standards, lineage, and governance across Epic data assets.
• Lead deployment of Epic Cosmos and Agent Factory across clinical/operational workflows.
• Partner with data science to operationalize predictive models in Epic workflows.
• Oversee integration with enterprise platforms (Power BI, Azure, Fabric).
