Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or risk management preferred.
• 10+ years related work experience in healthcare data or life insurance.
• Strong HIPAA and FCRA regulatory knowledge.
• Proven success with complex contract negotiations.
• Experience building data acquisition strategies and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the data acquisition strategy for Life Insurance and Healthcare verticals.
• Manage a portfolio of 3rd party data relationships and contracts.
• Identify new data partnerships to differentiate products and drive growth.
• Lead supplier negotiations balancing value, risk, and long-term flexibility.
• Oversee data lifecycle governance, due diligence, and renewals.
• Collaborate with product, legal, finance, and leadership to align initiatives.
• Develop business cases and executive communications based on market data.
• Monitor risks and adjust priorities as conditions change.
