LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Director of Data Acquisition to lead external data asset strategies for Life Insurance and Healthcare verticals. You will manage 3rd party relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive data-driven opportunities across product, analytics, and compliance.

The role offers remote US or hybrid work from Alpharetta, GA, with a focus on building alignment across multiple functions and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or risk management (preferred).
• 10+ years of related work experience in data acquisition or data partnerships.
• Strong network within healthcare data industry and data-driven products.
• Understanding of HIPAA and FCRA regulatory obligations.
• Proven success in complex contract negotiations and vendor management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Set and execute data acquisition strategy aligned with Life Insurance and Healthcare verticals.
• Manage a portfolio of 3rd party data relationships, contracts, and opportunities.
• Identify new data opportunities to strengthen product differentiation and growth.
• Lead supplier negotiations balancing value, risk, and long-term flexibility.
• Oversee data lifecycle: due diligence, onboarding, governance, renewals, issue resolution.
• Collaborate across product, legal, finance, technology, and leadership to align priorities.
• Develop business cases and executive communications based on market insight and data.
• Anticipate risks/opportunities and continuously improve processes.
• Provide strategic direction to cross-functional teams with accountability for results.
