Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director to lead CX Analytics & Optimization Technical Suite. You will drive the technical direction for analytics platforms, own roadmap and budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, governance-driven insights products across brands and channels.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in software/architecture, strong experience with Power BI, and a track record of leading enterprise analytics initiatives in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field; 10+ years in software/architecture.
• Experience delivering enterprise analytics, reporting, or modeling platforms (Power BI, etc.).
• Hands-on with Python and R; cloud data platforms; strong governance for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for CX Analytics & Insights and Performance Analytics & Optimization suites.
• Collaborate on roadmaps, budgets, and resource planning; ensure alignment with product strategy.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team; manage vendor relationships and delivery.
