Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in operations or customer service.
• Track record of process improvement in a high-volume, service-oriented environment.
• Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Operations team, including managers and CSRs.
• Oversee calls, emails, and proactive outreach to complete patient reports.
• Monitor client workflow metrics and drive performance improvements.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and technical teams to resolve issues affecting customers.
