Neara is looking for a Solutions Engineer to enhance their Design function within the go-to-market team. You will apply your expertise in utility design to help redefine how utilities design and maintain their networks.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Designer, Estimator, or equivalent role at a utility.
• Proficiency in industry design tools and understanding of utility CAD/GIS environments.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency with the Neara software platform and apply it in utility design.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert in customer conversations.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to create technical presentations and messaging.
