• Ability to present insights and recommendations to customer leadership.

Responsibilities

• Present insights and opportunity gap analyses to customer leadership to help SGWS become the preferred embedded partner.
• Communicate project status, short-term analysis, and potential issues with assigned customers.
• Lead strategy development and monitoring of capabilities to optimize channel performance.
• Deliver strategic insights through gap analyses based on market dynamics and supplier entrants.
• Develop communication processes to share insights with customers promptly and actionably.
