Job summary

Public Service Co. of OK, based in Tulsa, OK, seeks a Director of Customer Services & Business Development to lead a team delivering exceptional customer experiences and to drive growth through new energy opportunities and strategic partnerships.

The role focuses on developing customer solutions, coordinating with field services, marketing and implementation teams, and reporting on KPIs. The position offers a comprehensive compensation package with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related discipline is required.
12+ years in customer relations or related field with 7+ years in leadership.
Experience with electric distribution systems and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Project/Program Management experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of customer service professionals to deliver superior customer experiences.
Oversee strategies to identify and implement Alternative Energy opportunities.
Lead business development initiatives to strengthen engagement with existing customers and expand value-added solutions.
Identify and advance new revenue opportunities through partnerships and customer-driven offerings.
Oversee contract negotiation and administration to ensure proper rate application and return.
