The role requires a bachelor’s in business or engineering, 12+ years in customer relations with 7+ years in leadership, and strong MS Office skills. You will coordinate with field services, marketing, and product delivery to drive growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in customer relations.
• Seven years of leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of electric distribution systems is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Project and/or Program Management experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of customer service professionals, fostering engagement, safety, and growth.
• Oversee strategies to identify and implement Alternative Energy opportunities.
• Lead the process to recommend new products and services and identify target markets.
• Drive business development to deepen engagement and expand value‑added solutions.
• Identify and advance new revenue opportunities through partnerships and programs.
• Oversee policy and program administration for account management of residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries such as power quality, service quality, and billing; communicate about outages.
• Represent the company on initiatives to improve the customer experience and report updates to management.
• Oversee contract negotiation and rate administration to ensure proper pricing and returns.
