Responsibilities

Set and lead enterprise customer development, growth, and energy efficiency strategy.
Translate priorities into actionable growth plans, measures, and team goals.
Advise leadership on markets, regulatory risks, and investments.
Lead growth opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial, municipal segments.
Strengthen customer engagement, retention, and strategic stakeholder relations.
Oversee EE/CIP programs and coordinate with Regulatory, Legal, and Operations.
Monitor market trends, develop KPIs, and report performance to executives.
