This role leads the managers and teams that get law firms onto the platform, covering setup, data moves, system connections and training. A strong candidate has run customer facing delivery or professional services teams in enterprise software, managed other managers, and handled complex rollouts with migrations and change. Clear judgment on capacity, scope and commitments matters, along with enough technical grounding to work with specialists and explain tradeoffs to customers and executives.

The product itself is AI built for legal case work, so delivery means helping firms adopt AI driven workflows rather than just installing software. Much of the coordination, planning and customer communication stays human, and the role asks for practical use of AI and automation to make delivery faster and more consistent without hurting quality.
