Job summary

Harvard Medical School is seeking a strategic Director of Custom and Partner Programs for the Office for External Education. You will shape program portfolios, lead a team, manage senior client relationships, and ensure academic integrity and financial performance across live, online and blended offerings.

Responsibilities include strategy development, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact learning experiences for healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Supervisory experience and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development and growth of custom/partner programs.
• Manage executive-level client relationships and negotiations.
• Oversee academic integrity, curriculum and faculty engagement.
• Direct multi-million dollar budgets, pricing and financial modeling.
• Drive marketing, pipeline growth and partner diversification.
• Oversee program delivery, resource planning and quality control.
