The ideal candidate blends enterprise product leadership, commercial judgment, and technical fluency to shape architecture, drive cross-region delivery, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree; PhD optional.
• Strong strategy, budgeting, and portfolio governance experience at scale.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive vision, strategy, multi-year roadmap, and business outcomes for VSP Payment Orchestration.
• Translate crypto/stablecoin strategy into prioritized investments and measurable goals.
• Lead governance, reporting, risk, and cross-portfolio tradeoffs with senior stakeholders.
• Build talent, coach PMs, and embed AI governance with security and quality controls.
