• Shape the architectural roadmap balancing design, implementation, regulation, time-to-market and profitability.
• Champion customer and merchant experience in product requirements.
• Define metrics and standardize analytics, market research and competitive analysis.
• Oversee portfolio profitability and budget decisions.
• Lead execution mechanisms and report to senior leadership.
