Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 7 years of related experience in IT required.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps and executable plans.
• Strong partnership with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Financial management experience including budgeting and cost optimization.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering IT services.

Responsibilities

• Lead education platform transformation technology solutions with enterprise product teams and partners.
• Translate priorities and risks into a business-led technology roadmap (0–5 years).
• Serve as trusted technology partner for site leadership and key stakeholders.
• Own technology demand, capability gaps, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure alignment to standardized enterprise product categories and scalable ecosystems.
• Develop and maintain site IT roadmap and business case justification.
• Drive agile and iterative delivery to accelerate value.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external vendors and manage performance and budgets.
• Oversee end-to-end operational performance and continuity of site technologies.
