Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an Associate Director, Customer Master – Commercial Business Owner, based in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA. This leadership role owns customer and account data strategy and governance across Commercial functions, partnering with IT, data stewards, and vendors to deliver trusted information and measurable business value.

You will define business requirements, manage a data product roadmap, and drive adoption while ensuring alignment with sales,

Qualifications

BA/BS in Business, Technology, Analytics or Health Sciences required.
7+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences with direct business ownership in commercial functions.
Strong ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Define the Commercial business strategy for customer and account master data and align with sales, marketing, and analytics.
Oversee governance of customer and account data, including policies on identification and reputable sources.
Lead cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, and drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
Own the Account Data Product vision, roadmap, and value measures across Commercial teams.
Ensure readiness, communications, and adoption of new data capabilities across the organization.
