Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an Associate Director, Customer Master – Commercial Business Owner, to lead customer and account data strategy from Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA. You will align sales, marketing, analytics, and operations around a single, trusted master dataset and drive adoption across Commercial teams.

As a business owner, you will define governance standards, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps for the Account Data Product, partnering with IT and vendors to resolve

Formación

• BA/BS in Business, Technology, Analytics or Health Sciences required.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience is an asset.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences with Commercial roles and direct business process ownership.
• Experience with customer and account data governance and HCP/HCO data concepts is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Commercial business strategy for customer and account master data across JJ Innovative Medicine.
• Define requirements and acceptance criteria for a single trusted view of customers and accounts; partner with IT on non-technical design.
• Lead governance for standards, change approvals, and data quality for customer and account data.
• Oversee the Account Data Product roadmap, adoption, and measurable business value across Commercial teams.
• Drive readiness, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver business outcomes.
