Job summary

Core Scientific, Inc. seeks a Critical Facilities Manager to lead data center operations and a team of engineers, technicians, and assistants. You will manage assets, power/cooling, and safety programs while ensuring 100% uptime for customers.

You will supervise day-to-day facilities staff, develop operating procedures, and coordinate with construction and operations teams for seamless site onboarding and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in mission-critical environments.
• 3+ years of direct management of non-exempt shift-based employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete physical assets and O&M of data center infrastructure.
• Build and lead a staff of technicians and assistant managers to achieve 100% uptime.
• Oversee power, cooling, and environmental monitoring in data halls.
• Resolve electrical, mechanical, and fire protection issues with minimal business impact.
• Maintain customer relationships and act as single point of contact for facility issues.
