Ripple Inc. is seeking a Director, Credit Risk in New York to own and evolve the global credit risk framework, balancing growth with proactive risk management across on- and off-chain lending activities.

You will Partner with Sales, Product, Trading, Legal, Finance, andTreasury to structure institutional credit solutions, build models, and monitor portfolio health in real time while leading a high-performing team.

Competenze

• 10+ years in credit risk, lending, or structured credit.
• 3+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience partnering with sales.
• Proficient financial modeling and counterparty analysis.
• Knowledge of digital assets, stablecoins, lending protocols.

Mansioni

• Own and scale Ripple’s global credit risk framework.
• Structure institutional credit solutions with Sales, Product, Trading and Financial Services teams.
• Design risk parameters, monitoring, and collateral for on-chain lending protocols and digital asset products.
• Oversee portfolio health, stress testing, and risk metrics.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on credit documents and security packages.
• Lead and develop the credit team as Ripple scales globally.
• Drive data and automation to improve monitoring and reporting.
