Ripple is hiring an Engineering Manager for the Liquidity Management team based in New York. You’ll lead a world-class engineering group building a cloud-native, scalable platform that processes real-time cash data across banks, accounts, currencies, and entities in 40+ countries.

The role emphasizes ownership, on-call responsibility, and driving modern engineering practices to ship high-impact solutions for treasury teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong full-stack background in C#/.NET and modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or equivalent) building Azure based SaaS applications.
• Over 2 years of experience in leading engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to ship software in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — you have built products where requirements were unclear or changing rapidly.
• Strong proficiency with the software development lifecycle and engineering excellence processes and Agile methodologies, leading execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of software engineers with deep experience in event driven cloud native services, and full stack systems to create solutions that help meet the needs of business and customers.
• Collaborate with product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions.
• Make decisions on the design, architecture, and delivery of systems.
• Build teams and be an active coach and mentor to your team and grow them in their careers.
• Drive agile development and analytical methodologies every day.
• Strive to continuously improve the operations, processes, methodologies, technology choices, and practices of the team.
