Ripple Inc. is seeking a Director of Credit Risk to own the global credit risk framework, manage existing exposure, and structure new lending deals across on- and off-chain platforms.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Trading, Legal, Finance, and Treasury to balance growth with proactive risk management. The role requires 10+ years in credit risk with 3+ years leading teams, strong modeling skills, and crypto market knowledge.

Qualifications

10+ years in credit risk, lending, or structured credit.
3+ years leading teams.
Experience with digital asset lending and crypto markets.
Strong financial modeling and counterparty analysis.
Ability to partner with Sales, Product, Legal, Finance.

Responsibilities

Own and scale Ripple's global credit risk framework.
Structure institutional credit solutions with cross-functional teams.
Design on-chain risk parameters and collateral mechanisms.
Oversee portfolio health, stress testing and risk reporting.
Collaborate with Legal/Compliance on credit docs.
Lead and mentor the credit team.
Drive data automation for monitoring and reporting.
