Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Senior Treasury professional to lead global liquidity management from our New York office. You will run daily cash and crypto asset positioning, forecast needs, and optimize funding structures to support product funding globally.

You’ll build and implement treasury systems, own reporting, and mitigate FX risk while collaborating with Finance, Tax, Compliance, and other teams. A deep desk of experience and a collaborative mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Treasury experience at a multinational corporation or financial institution.
• Track record leading daily cash management and cash forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with bank data integration and SWIFT connectivity.
• Experience designing and implementing netting, a global in-house bank, or follow-the-sun liquidity structures.
• Success building reporting, accountability, and performance mechanisms that help a team operate at a high level.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple projects at once.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities, and the ability to influence teams whose priorities compete.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; experience with other analytical tools is a plus.
• A collaborative approach that promotes excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement through technology.

Responsibilities

• Run daily liquidity positioning to meet global obligations and fund products on time.
• Forecast liquidity needs with daily, weekly, and monthly processes.
• Optimize pooling and yield by leading global cash and stablecoin pooling.
• Improve working capital in collaboration with Finance.
• Own cash reporting with periodic reports and forecasts.
• Build treasury systems and tools supporting liquidity management.
• Manage FX risk and currency exposure.
• Partner across Accounting, Finance Ops, Tax, Compliance, Crypto Ops.
• Manage banking relationships with regional and global partners.
• Develop others by mentoring new hires.
