Qualifications

• 10+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance.
• Proven proactive external network building; nurture a robust external network of founders, CEOs, and key industry players.
• Track record managing multiple complex deals end-to-end.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong financial modeling, including three-statement analysis and valuation.
• Ability to operate in 'white space' and craft innovative deal structures.
• Deep understanding of blockchain tech and traditional finance.
• Excellent analytical rigor and collaborative communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop unique market perspectives and communicate strategic implications to leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM to qualify opportunities.
• Assess competitors and inform business strategy.
• Lead end-to-end M&A and investments by building business cases.
