Job summary

Mojo Supermarket in New York City is seeking a senior leader to define and scale our Creator Partnerships capability. You will guide how creators contribute from strategy to activation, and shape long-term relationships with talent and agencies.

You will collaborate with Creative, Strategy and clients, turning a creator POV into client-ready offerings and ensuring projects meet business objectives and cultural relevance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience across creator partnerships, influencer marketing or talent.
• Proven ability to scale a creator capability beyond individual campaigns.
• Senior client authority and strategic advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Define Mojo's Creator POV and lead the capability across teams.
• Identify opportunities for creators to shape concepts and formats.
• Build talent intelligence, relationships and rosters across platforms.
• Structure partnerships, negotiations and deal architecture at scale.
• Develop operating models, measurement and learning agendas for creator work.
