Natixis is seeking a Director-level professional to manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities in conduit CRE originations. The role includes overseeing the transaction process, due diligence, and credit approval while assisting with investor review and distribution functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial real estate originations.
• Proven track record in conduit deals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with underwriters and bankers to prepare initial underwriting for each deal.
• Engage brokers and clients to provide feedback and grow the client base.
• Negotiate terms and manage relationships through deal closure.
• Support deal management, closings, and information needs.
• Prepare credit memos for review and coordinate due diligence with investors.
