Job summary

Natixis NY Branch is seeking a Director-level professional to manage client relationships, identify and evaluate new business opportunities, and oversee the transaction process including due diligence and credit approval. The role focuses on conduit originations and engagement with external clients and internal senior management.

The successful candidate will collaborate with underwriters, execution bankers, brokers, and Capital Markets to drive deal flow, negotiate terms, and ensure successful

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CRE originations experience.
• Proven conduit origination track record.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with underwriters and execution bankers to prepare initial underwriting for each deal.
• Engage with brokers and clients to provide deal feedback and manage expectations.
• Negotiate transaction terms and manage client relationships through deal closure.
• Support team members in deal management and closings; manage active loan transactions.
• Work with underwriters to prepare credit memos for review.
• Coordinate with Capital Markets to address due diligence inquiries from investors and rating agencies.
• Manage the deal flow pipeline and maintain regular client contact.
