Burlington Stores is seeking a Director, Corporate Risk & Insurance to design and lead our enterprise-wide risk management framework in the United States. You will oversee insurance renewals, engage with carriers and brokers, and supervise self-insured programs with actuaries and third-party admins.

You will analyze underwriting data, coordinate reserves with actuaries, and ensure compliance across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a risk management department, insurance company, or brokerage.
• Experience across all lines of insurance; captive oversight preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems; strong analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and manage Burlington's risk management and risk transfer programs.
• Oversee enterprise-wide insurance program renewals and interact with carriers and brokers.
• Manage self-insured casualty program with actuaries and third-party admins.
• Direct reserve analysis with actuaries and oversee captive insurance activity.
• Identify risk issues related to new business opportunities and regulatory compliance.
