CHOC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with associates and management within designated areas. This role consults with line-management, legal, compensation and recruitment to deliver daily HR guidance and solutions.

The HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent, anticipating HR needs and partnering across HR to support management and staff while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Minimum two years HR experience; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR metrics.

Consults with line-management, legal, compensation and recruitment, and provides daily HR guidance. Acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Will communicate proactively with the HR department and business management to develop integrated solutions. Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Maintains an effective level of business literacy, legal regulations, and compliance regarding company operations. Maintains knowledge of the mid-range plans, culture and competition.Pay RangeMinimum $86,258 Midpoint $114,296 Maximum $142,334Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.Experience* Required: Minimum two (2) years professional Human Resources experience. Analytical and goal oriented Demonstrable experience with HR metrics. Thorough knowledge of labor legislation. Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.* Preferred: Prefers two years healthcare experience. Previous experience as a HRBP.Education* Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources in related field.* Preferred: Master’s Degree in related field.Training* Required: Skill consulting and coaching leadership. Knowledge of all Human Resources functions. Skilled with resolving conflicts. Ability to analyze HR data to provide valuable insights.
