The Associate Director, Digital Marketing will help to build an active community invested in CHOC’s mission to nurture, advance and protect the health and well-being of children. Through their partnership with the foundation’s multi-faceted teams, they will lead the management of our online communities, support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, and partner with the Foundation Marketing and Donor Engagement team to create compelling content that engages our audiences and advances the foundation's mission and vision.
Working closely with the Director, Foundation Marketing, this individual will develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms - including supporting content creation, managing social media calendars, analyzing metrics for new opportunities, reporting and engaging with stakeholders to build an engaged community. They will also provide digital marketing support and leadership in the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns and donor funnels, focusing on building engagement with our online community. To be successful in this role, this person should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable creating engaging digital content – written and visual. As part of their role, they will be essential to building a community of support around CHOC Foundation’s programs and teams; with that, they must be comfortable acting as a voice for that audience in meetings with high-level leaders.
Minimum $53,955 Midpoint $80,912 Maximum $107,890 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
