Job summary

Broadview FCU is seeking a Vice President of Payments Strategy to lead its Cards business, overseeing products, platforms and services that process more than $5B in annual volume and support hundreds of thousands of consumers and businesses.

You will own the Cards P&L, drive vendor relationships, shape the roadmap, and deliver growth, risk management, and value creation across Card Processing and Network platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience incl five years in product ownership, corporate strategy, consulting, or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record in Cards and Payments P&L ownership.
• Proven ability to lead disciplined strategic planning processes and roadmaps in payments.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate growth mindset with accountability for P&L, financial outcomes, customer satisfaction, and long-term value creation.
• Apply strategic judgment and analytical rigor to drive decisions with executive leadership.
• Communicate complex strategies clearly to senior executives and cross-functional partners.
• Define program delivery strategy and platform vision for Broadview’s Cards business.
• Build and own the planning processes for a detailed payments product investment roadmap.
• Lead executive forums on roadmap decisions and investment choices.
• Develop presentations communicating strategic decisions and roadmaps.
• Execute tactics and prioritize business goals with disciplined focus.
• Create process documentation for each stage of strategic planning.
• Use Excel for data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional execution.
• Foster a team-first mindset and collaboration across the business.
