Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive credit card oversight experience.
• Strong strategic planning, product development and risk management skills.
• Experience coordinating with Marketing, Analytics, Technology and Risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business credit card portfolio and develop growth strategies.
• Set targets, budgets, KPIs, and ensure attainment across the portfolio.
• Oversee product development, innovation, and enhancements for card products.
• Manage acquisitions, retention, and loyalty initiatives with cross-functional partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and robust risk management frameworks.
