Job summary

Frankenmuth Insurance seeks a Manager IT – Integrations and Automation to lead the Integrations Team within Information Technology, driving architecture, delivery, and governance of enterprise integrations and APIs.

The role emphasizes API-first design, cloud-native patterns, CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, and observability, while coordinating with Guidewire Cloud Platform and external providers to enable reliable, scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering through others.
• Expertise in integration architecture, API management, API gateways, and middleware.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform and GWCP integrations preferred.
• Experience assessing or implementing robotic process automation.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Integrations Team, overseeing daily operations and continuous improvement.
• Sets direction for integration architecture, standards, and patterns.
• Governs API management, gateway standards, security, and service reuse.
• Oversees design, development, testing, and support of integrations across systems.
• Promotes CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps, and observable delivery processes.
• Ensures Guidewire Cloud and GWCP integration patterns meet requirements.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to align solutions with strategy.
• Identifies and delivers automation opportunities, including RPA and AI-enabled initiatives.
