Outreach, a leading AI-powered revenue platform, seeks a Director of Product Management to own strategy for conversation intelligence, voice, meeting intelligence, and dialing. You will drive AI-native experiences, collaborate with engineering and data science, and lead multiple product teams to deliver measurable impact on customer conversations and sales outcomes.

You will guide roadmap decisions, partner with marketing, and mentor managers while shaping a high-velocity, outcomes-driven

Qualifications

8+ years building software with ownership of prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines.
2+ years managing product teams.
Experience building conversation intelligence, voice, or dialing products.
Familiarity with VoIP and telephony infrastructure, speech-to-text and NLP pipelines.
Strong cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

Define and own product strategy for meeting intelligence, conversation intelligence, voice, and dialing.
Deliver AI-native experiences and workflows, building on the latest model and technology advances.
Ship AI/ML features with engineering, data science, and design teams that turn conversations into agentic actions.
Lead discovery and roadmap sessions with key prospects and customers.
Lead and develop a team of product managers across multiple scrum teams.
