Job summary

Sanofi in the US seeks a Director of Contract Analytics New Customer Models and Transformation to lead end-to-end analyses of new contracting structures. You will align Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver executive-ready recommendations that shape GTN, government pricing, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 7 years in pharma/life sciences with contracting, pricing, analytics, or strategy experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Finance and Legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytical response for new or evolving contracting models.
• Synthesize finance, legal, and pricing perspectives into a unified view.
• Build executive-ready analyses and recommendations with financial implications.
• Maintain awareness of payer, PBM, and regulatory changes affecting contracting.
• Lead transformation initiatives and data modernization efforts within Contract Analytics.
• Contribute analytics inputs to monthly finance reviews and forecasts.
