Independence Blue Cross seeks a Director of Continuous Improvement to lead the enterprise CI/Operational Excellence program. You will build a disciplined pipeline of initiatives, establish intake and governance, and drive cross-functional projects that improve cost, quality, throughput, and experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of professional work experience with teams; 5+ years in CI/improvement.
• Mastery of Lean/Six Sigma with proven value delivery across value streams.
• Experience establishing CI intake, governance, scorecards, and benefits tracking.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to partner with Finance on value realization.

• Lead enterprise Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence function.
• Build and run a disciplined pipeline of process improvements across value streams.
• Establish innovation intake, prioritization criteria, and governance with executive sponsorship.
• Coach and develop change agents; drive cross-functional improvement projects.
• Embed CI into portfolio delivery, measurement, and post-implementation optimization.
• Develop talent and sustain gains through standard work and coaching.
