Job summary

Independence Blue Cross, LLC seeks a Director of Continuous Improvement to lead the enterprise CI/Operational Excellence function. Build a disciplined pipeline of process and performance improvements, establish the innovation intake process, and drive crossfunctional projects that improve cost, quality, throughput and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mastery of practical problemsolving and Lean/Six Sigma methods with a track record.
• Experience establishing CI intake, governance, and benefit tracking.
• Strong financial acumen to size and quantify value with Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CI/Operational Excellence team and set priorities.
• Stand up CI governance, scorecards, and reporting cadence.
• Deliver improvements across cost, quality, throughput, and experience.
