Qualifications

• Extensive experience in process optimization and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Master Black Belt Six Sigma certification and knowledge of CI methodologies.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide CI strategies with measurable results.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and prioritize initiatives.
• Champion lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methods to streamline processes.
• Build and mentor a CI team and standardize best practices.
• Oversee CI management system with performance metrics and goals.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and proactive problem solving.
• Monitor and lead company-wide CI with data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Lead change management to reduce friction and churn.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and outcomes; align with external CI standards like Shingo/Baldridge.
