Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, manufacturing, engineering, industrial engineering, continuous improvement, or transformation.
• Experience leading engineers, CI teams, maintenance/reliability functions, or business analysts in a plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of plant KPIs such as quality, on-time delivery, unit cost, labor productivity, machine utilization, throughput, and capacity.
• Experience building, sponsoring, or using KPI dashboards and performance systems.
• Experience applying AI, analytics, or automation to operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own operations dashboards for productivity, cost, labor efficiency, machine utilization, capacity, throughput, quality, and downtime.
• Lead engineers and CI programs to implement practical, measurable plant improvements.
• Foster front-line engagement and idea systems with recognition tied to improvements.
• Apply AI, analytics, and digital tools to enhance plant performance and decision support.
• Lead and develop engineering, maintenance, and analytics teams with accountability and continuous learning.
• Partner with HR, finance, and plant leadership to ensure KPI alignment and actionable roadmaps.
