Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in CI/operational excellence.
• Minimum 10 years leading enterprise-wide CI initiatives.
• Master Black Belt certification required.
• Strong leadership and change-management skills.
• Technical undergrad degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide CI strategies aligned with goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and prioritize initiatives.
• Champion lean, Six Sigma and other CI methodologies to improve quality and productivity.
• Build, train, and mentor a team dedicated to process improvement.
• Oversee CI management system with performance metrics and data-driven goals.
• Drive change management to reduce friction and improve collaboration across the company.
