Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of AI Content Systems, Marketing to own the strategy and execution of an AI-enabled content engine supporting demand gen and revenue-focused marketing. This remote-first role partners with experts and external collaborators to shape content creation, optimization, and measurement across the website.

The ideal candidate balances hands-on marketing leadership with editorial quality and operational efficiency, driving scalable workflows and measurable pipeline impact

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS content, including 1+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience building AI-powered content workflows end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including LLMs and agents.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages.
• Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and leads through SEO strategies.
• Strong editorial judgment to ensure content quality and brand alignment.
• Experience managing freelancers, agencies, and subject-matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy based on market demand and revenue priorities.
• Design and manage AI-driven content production workflows and quality assurance processes.
• Establish a system for capturing expert knowledge to enhance content quality.
• Define and maintain brand voice, tone, and editorial standards across all content.
• Lead SEO and AI search strategies to improve organic visibility.
• Oversee website architecture, content structure, and conversion optimization efforts.
• Select and manage AI tools and external partners within budget constraints.
