Job summary

S&P Global Ratings is seeking a senior program manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery and adoption. You will structure ambiguous problems, build stakeholder relationships, and connect business needs with data, AI, and storytelling to inform executive decisions.

You will work with data, AI tools, and analytical technologies to prototype solutions and create dashboards and executive content for senior audiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management, financial services, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders and technical teams.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into structured projects with data support.
• Excellent written, verbal, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to learn new tools and balance strategy with hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery and adoption, managing milestones and risks.
• Build trusted relationships with analytical, business, technology, and product partners.
• Identify approaches using data, analytics, automation, and AI to improve decisions.
• Collaborate with data and AI tools to prototype ideas and move concepts to scalable solutions.
• Translate research and data into clear executive Narratives, dashboards and presentations.
