Ladders is seeking an Associate Director/Director, Content Innovation & Visualization to lead how complex financial information is transformed into clear, decision-ready content. You will shape cross-functional programs, partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable data-driven storytelling.

Based remotely in the US, you will drive data, AI, and visualization initiatives, produce executive-ready presentations, and mentor teams across analytics, product, and communications to align on

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, financial services, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into structured solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
• Technical curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches.

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director/ Director, Content Innovation & Visualization to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape how complex financial information is transformed into clear, compelling, and decision-ready content. The position blends project leadership, data-driven problem solving, and executive-level storytelling to support cross-functional business priorities. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to develop scalable solutions that use data, AI, and visualization in practical and impactful ways.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $117,000 – $200,000 annually
