You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to engage investors, shape market perception, and drive strategic finance initiatives in a remote US-based environment.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in Investment Banking or Sell-Side Research with in-house IR at a high-growth public SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity architectures and subscription-based financial models.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and confident valuation discussions.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML and analytics tools for IR workflows.
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.

Responsabilidades

• Architect a compelling financial narrative with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Manage relationships with sell-side analysts and institutional investors to communicate the company's vision.
• Identify prospective institutional shareholders to expand the investor base.
• Design and execute investor-facing events such as Investor Day and roadshows.
• Provide real-time investor sentiment and feedback to executives.
• Support corporate development and strategic finance initiatives, including M&A due diligence.
