• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• NMLS, State, and Safe Act licensing required.
• Director level written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Consumer Lending Managers, analysts, and teams; set performance standards and goals.
• Provide oversight of FCRA compliance; ensure laws and controls are followed.
• Act as SME with Compliance, Legal and Risk Management on consumer lending issues.
• Participate in lending committees; present data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align with risk appetite and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and vendor oversight partners.
• Manage and underwrite complex loans and resolve high-level issues.
