Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Director of Information Services to lead the Consumer Digital Platform, guiding architecture, engineering, and product delivery for a modern, cloud-enabled web experience. You will oversee Sitecore, Azure-based resources, and a knowledge graph to deliver scalable digital products for patients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 8 years industry experience.
Strong knowledge of healthcare delivery and operations.
Experience leading modern digital platform teams and translating business needs into durable technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee architecture, design, development, and deployment of the consumer digital platform (Sitecore, Azure, APIs).
Lead software developers, data engineers, and architects to build a scalable web platform and knowledge graph.
Manage vendor relationships (Sitecore, Microsoft, implementation partners) to maximize value.
Drive platform modernization, reliability, security, and time-to-market.
