Job summary
Northwestern Medicine seeks a Director of Information Services for the Consumer Digital Platform in Chicago. This full-time, hourly role oversees the modern, cloud-enabled digital experience, leveraging Sitecore, Azure, and a knowledge graph to deliver scalable, secure digital products for patients and internal users.
The leader will guide architects, data engineers, and developers, drive platform modernization, governance, and API-driven integrations while aligning with enterprise priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 8 years industry experience.
- Healthcare technology background preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee architecture, design, development, and deployment of the consumer digital platform across Sitecore, Azure, and integration services.
- Lead software developers, data engineers, and architects to build a modern website, knowledge graph, data services, and APIs.
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners to maximize value from the consumer digital platform.
- Maximize engagement and productivity of technical teams to achieve modernization, reliability, and speed to market objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders across NM to align platform investments with enterprise objectives.
