Job summary

Northwestern Medicine in Chicago is seeking a Director, Information Services to lead the Consumer Digital Platform, overseeing architecture, engineering and product delivery for a sitecore/Azure powered digital experience. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 8 years industry experience.
Healthcare technology domain knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee architecture, design, development, and deployment of consumer digital platform across Sitecore, Vercel, Azure and integration services.
Lead software developers, data engineers, and architects in building a modern website, knowledge graph, data services, APIs, and reusable platform components.
Manage vendor and partner relationships (Sitecore, Microsoft, implementation partners) to maximize value from the consumer digital platform.
Maximize engagement and productivity of technical teams to achieve modernization, reliability, security and speed to market.
Partner with NM stakeholders to align platform investments with enterprise objectives and consumer experience priorities.
