Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 8 years industry experience.
• Solid understanding and knowledge of healthcare delivery and operations.

• Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own governance, strategy, and lifecycle management for the taxonomy and ontology powering NM.org's knowledge graph and consumer-facing information architecture.
• Lead consumer data and intelligence capabilities that connect content, search, journey behavior, access performance, and scheduling data into usable insights for product teams and care model leaders.
• Use consumer insights, access performance data, behavioral analytics, demand signals, and digital journey performance to identify opportunity areas, inform product development, and increase appropriate digital care utilization.
• Advance content intelligence capabilities that improve findability, answer quality, personalization, and performance across consumer digital experiences, including support for SEO, GEO, and AEO use cases.
• Establish operating models, governance, stewardship, and intake processes that align product, content, access, clinical, marketing, communications, legal, compliance, analytics, and technology partners around trusted consumer data and shared digital care outcomes.
• Maximize the engagement and productivity of cross-functional data, analytics, content, and product teams to improve knowledge graph maturity, data quality, insight activation, product decision-making, and measurable digital care growth.
