Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking an Associate Director of Scheduling to join our construction management team. You will lead scheduling on large-scale projects and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to keep programs on time and within budget.

The role requires a strong track record on tall building projects, expert use of Primavera P6 and MS Project, and the ability to mentor and lead a planning team across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 8+ years of scheduling experience in construction.
• Experience on tall building construction projects is a MUST.
• Experience in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling on projects and programs.
• Maintain planning, cost and risk environment to optimize resources.
• Develop project milestones and progress baselines.
• Ensure scheduling methodology is followed and updated.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients.
• Mentor planning team.
• Lead schedule reporting and contingency management.
• Ensure compliance with contractors' schedules.
• Analyze resource requirements and recovery options.
